Pros: Even heating, holds temperature, is absolutely beautiful to look at. Cons: Heavy, and the knob on the lid sometimes needs to be tightened.

Pros: Healthy nonreactive enamel. Beautiful to look at. Holds heat well. Cons: Expensive, can be damaged, heavy.
