Pros: All-in-one unit with easy setup which, in theory, promises an uncluttered home solution. Cons: Poor cable connection (WAN) reliability requiring manual resets.

Pros: Easy install, and easy configuration. Cons: Will not maintain a connection to the internet and constantly needs restarting.

Pros: great silent workhorse, works very well with IP Phone service from either sunrocket (verified) Cons: all in one unit.. tried looking for firmware updates but couldnt.
Summary: I been using the WCG200 for about 2years now and it has worked flawlessly. Few weeks back I switched to sunrocket phone service whose device connects to the router. The phone service also has been working flawlessly so far. I really have no complaints..
