Pros: Easy to install; I get good connection throughout my 2800 sq. ft. house Cons: None yet
When you really don't know much about wireless routers and what to look for, you're pretty much stuck depending on the information the guy at the electronics store gives you, as searching the Internet does not provide a simple answer on the first page of ...
Pros: Looks very nice, understandable setup for basic wired connections Cons: Wireless connections more difficult, advanced settings may be too much for novices
My old Netgear wireless router, which had been running nonstop for about 6 years, finally died on me. It was a slow, painful death stretched out over several weeks, and in the end it needed to be replaced in a hurry. Doing some searching, I found the ...
Pros: stability, features, design, performance. Cons: could be confusing, somewhat expensive.
I've lost count on the routers that I've gone through in the past few months, and frankly I was beginning to lose hope. Ever since I bought a new laptop with Vista Home Premium, I've had nothing but troubles when trying to network my PCs. It seems ...
Pros: Excellent Build Quality; Aesthetically Pleasing; Easy To Use; Great Wireless Range Cons: No N Connection
I have owned this router for more than 2 years and have never had a single issue with it...which is a remarkable feat in itself for any electronic device, just for that I highly recommend it, but here are the details which really make it something worth ...
Pros: Stunning design, excellent signal range, easy to configure and pretty much good product. Cons: Wireless connectivity sometimes gives out a conflicting IP address issue. Configuration may be confusing.
I used a previous wireless modem from Aztech and it died on me when a lightning hit it. So I was scouting for a new wireless modem and this baby caught my attention with its stunning and simple design. Then I read it's features and functions and I just ...

We installed this product, the Linksys WRT54G2 router, on a Sunday. By the following Sunday, I had already made six tech support calls, wasting more than an hour each time. Once it was more than two hours. We have one desktop ...
Happy and like the software by techy911 ,Oct 13 '08
Pros: Modern great looking hardware, even better software. Cons: None found.
The Linksys wireless router is my first router and setting it up was my first attempt at home networking.
The device is very sleet, compact and modern. Even better, it worked perfectly.
The software is well done and very pictorial/graphical. It even listed my total security solution in its menu. I started reading Microsoft networking instructions but found Linksys's to be much better.
I was able to connect another computer with it, share devices and folders, setup user accounts, connect to the Internet, and manage my Total Security software to make it all work/communicate.
If you need to connect your first home-networking solution, I would recommend Linksys WRT54G2.
Just so you know, the G represent signal strength. If you have a large home, you may want to invest in the N signal strength. Don't forget to get an extra category 5 Eithernet cable or two (depending on the number of computers you want to wire. If you don't want to wire them then everything you need is in the box)!
Pretty much just a wrt54g without any antennas by dillivision ,May 02 '08
Pros: Smaller power adaptor,
Nice Styling,
Lights much more visable, Cons: Why does everything have to be black these days.
Picked one of these up for ~55.00 today. I couldn't really tell a difference between programming it and a wrt54g. There is no antennas which seems strange but we got decent range around the house.
