Pros: Supports +R/RW -R/RW. Price. Easy to use.
Cons: Cheap tuner (all Lite On 1XXX models).

Pros: tv tuner, relativly cheap
Cons: slowly went downhill, virtually useless at points, no buttons on face

Yeah, I paid $80 for this thing in 2005, and it worked fine for a few years, and heres what follows.....

the skip track on the remote gave out, and there are no buttons on the face..

it ate my copy of Requiem for a dream..

I was banned from a video store from damage to discs(thanks LiteOn)...

my maximum recording time was 30min, anything longer and the disc wouldnt play back...

loading a brand new dvd would take upwards of 5 min, and then it would be scratched

finally, it wouldnt play my copy of UHF the other night,
So I beat the living hell out of it with my fist..

now it serves as a tv tuner untill i can replace it with something better.

I guess i shouldnt be so angry, it lasted me 3 years for $80.. still I am forced to give it a bad reccomondation
