I bought this a few months ago, it's easy enough to use. Worked fine until a month or so ago and it seemed as though it was recording, but what was recorded would not play back -ever. Somehow it was out of sync with itself, if that makes sense. Tried resetting to factory defaults, and that didn't work. Finally I went to the website and downloaded new firmware and loaded that in. No problems since then at all. Works fine once again.
