Better than using aluminum foil as a baking pan liner

Pros: Non-Stick, Easy cleaning, Heat resistant, cools instantly, even cooking.
Cons: None that I've seen one.
When I tried to make roasted potatoes on a baking pan lined with aluminum foil in an oven, they may turn out brown and crispy, if I used clarified butter to coat the potatoes, along with rosemary; but every time I make them, I end up with scraping...

Pros: Very reasonably priced, excellent results, simple clean up. Highly recommended.
Cons: Haven't found one.
I was very skeptical about cooking on silicone, but decided to give it a try. I am delighted! I have baked lots of cookies, and have not had one burn. Clean up is a breeze, and storage is not a problem. I am anxious to purchase more silicone bakeware.
