    Pros: inexpensive, lifetime purchase, superb cooking
    Cons: can't ignore it, not lightweight

    Pros: good even cooking, fat free almost.
    Cons: need a cover

    Summary: We really like this product. Saw it in cooking pleasures magazine and decided to try it. It is easy to use and pretty fat free because of the ridges. The one thing that we really would like is a cover.
