    Summary: Larry McMurtry is a genius. Lonesome Dove is a genuine classic. All of the characters, Gus,Woodrow, Lorena, Deets, Blue Duck were incredibly unforgettable. All four of his Lonesome Dove novels were excellent. Nobody writes western novels like he does,
