Pros: Cool, refreshing, unscented, works well on non-waterproof makeup Cons: Will sting eyes, doesn't work very well on waterproof mascara
No womans makeup case is complete without a tube of waterproof mascara for a multitude of reasons. After buying the tube, the search begins for that special something to take it off. Good luck if you own Cover Girl Professional Waterproof ...
Pros: Inexpensive and effective Cons: Large mouth of the bottle can be a challenge to use
Confusion About Eye Makeup Removers: Oil-Free or Oil-Based? There seems to be a little bit of confusion when it comes to liquid eye makeup removers. There are basically two kinds: oil-based, and oil-free. Oil is required to breakdown the ...
Pros: Cool, refreshing, gentle, no residue, non-oily, really takes away everything. Cons: I tend to use a lot.
I have been on a long search for an eye makeup remover that really takes off all my eye makeup, easily and effectively, without an oily "crisco" feeling of traditional removers like baby oil. I found that in L'Oreal's remover.
Pros: Gives eyes a nice cool refreshing feeling. Oil free. Cons: Does not remove makeup. Stings eyes.
I purchased Loreal Plenitude Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover from my local drug store for $5.99 recently. I was searching for a quality remover, and I always trust the Plenitude line. However I was not impressed with this product. ***Packag ...
Pros: Non slimy, light and refreshing, non oily, easy to use, less product needed Cons: slightly pricey but worth it
I have used several eye make up removers and this one definitely tops them all. It is light and non oily like most eye make up removers. You also don't have to use as much of the product when removing that difficult waterproof mascara. Its just great all the way around and I wouldn't use anything else. It's worth every penny and I don't know about you but I don't like smearing oily slime on my eyes.. this remover is much more refreshing.

Pros: Very little needed to remove makeup,Will last for a long time,Cleans Everything. Cons: none
I bought this item last October because I was tired of going to bed with old mascara still on my eye and I didn't like Avon's Lotion eye makeup remover and I absolutely loved it! I don't wear much eye makeup but when I do I use this to take it off. I liked the cool refreshing feeling and it took off all of my mascara. I was afraid that it would sting my eyes so I was very careful about how I used it until one day I couldn't get to the towel that I normally used to wipe the access product away so I opened my eye and I found that it didn't sting at all! I was very impressed my grandmother has been a faithful user of this eye makeup remover for years. I would Highly recommend this product. The way I use it is I put some on one cotton ball and I have another cotton ball to dry my eye after I've cleaned it.

Pros: removes make-up well, smells and looks pretty Cons: stings my eyes!
I tried this L'Oreal make-up remover because I didn't like the greasiness of the Maybelline and Cover Girl removers that I had tried earlier. This one looked so pretty and fresh in the bottle that I couldn't resist. And while it does remove make-up pretty well, it really stings my eyes, no matter how hard I try to keep my lids shut tight and rinse afterwards. This is an unforgivable, fatal flaw for something that is designed to be rubbed over my eyes nightly. No other make-up remover I ever tried stung, so this is pretty bad in my opinion. I've since switched to Nivea, which is close to perfect.
Since I love to use a lot of eye make up I have to have a make up remover. I've tried tons of those and didn't really like any as much as Loreal Plentitude Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover - Oil Free. I was surprised how little of it you need to get all your make up off. It is gentle and doesn't string if it gets in your eyes. It has a pleasantly scent. It's not as expensive as make up removers from other brands.
