Cons: No stretchy tabs! Can be more absorbent.

The diapers are not too bad other than the fact that they don't have stretchy tabs on the sides. This makes it difficult for a diaper to fit snugly, especially overnight. The price is much better than our regularly used brand and quality is much higher than any of the generics. But the fact that there are no tabs is a deal breaker for us.

Also, we did have two leaks with them. Not sure if we can attribute that to lack of stretchy tabs or what...

Pros: Doesnt fall apart and leak like other diapers.

I have nothing but good to say about the product. This is the only brand I will buy for my son. he stays dryer longer. I hate diapers that get that jell stuff when the baby wets and these do not do it. he gets up the the morning and its still in one piece. its stretchy and fits good on him unlike others I have tried.
I have tried a few others and I always end up returning right back to luvs.

As a mother of two, I highly recommend these diapers. They are the only ones my 18 month old daughter has ever been able to wear and they are very affordable.

My daughter has sensitive skin and she would get diaper rashes very easily, so I tried everything, including Pampers and cloth diapers before trying Luvs. I thought that the low cost of Luvs meant low quality. (They cost $13 and change for a 68 pack of size "4" at Wal-Mart.) I was wrong! My daughter never had a problem with rashes in these diapers. My son also wore them without any problems but he tolerated other diapers better than my daughter.

In addition, my daughter can wear Luvs overnight without any leaks. Day or night, leaks are not a problem with these. The tabs hold well, they have a "cloth like" covering and my daughter likes the Blues Clues character designs they have now. The only drawback is the Luvs are a bit bulky compared the Huggies ultratrim. Also, it is rare that these diapers go on sale or offer coupons, probably because the cost is already so low.

I bought these for my daughter hoping I could save money on diapers. I had only heard good things about Luvs, so I figured why not? Well they leaked!!! My daughter thinks it is hilarious to be upside down, but as soon as I did the diaper leaked down her back, and it wasn't even all that wet!! I used up the ones I had, and I am now back to the more expensive NON leaking diapers

We used cloth diapers for a long time, which was definitely the best option, but when my son grew out of our current batch, we couldn't afford the lump sum to replace them. So it was back to disposables. We've used everything from store-brand diapers to Pampers, Huggies, Luvs, and Seventh Generation.

Mostly we found we liked Pampers Swaddlers and Baby-Dry. They just seemed to work a little better than Huggies. But, like many parents, we're always eager to save a penny. Since we liked Pampers so much, we thought we'd try Luvs. They're made by Pampers, and supposedly are just as good as the name brands. BOY WERE WE WRONG! These are, by far, the worst diapers we've ever used.

These diapers not only leak, they leak absorbancy beads. Yes, when my boy has a particularly wet diaper, it EXPLODES and those little chemical beads get all over his bum, all over the floor, EVERYWHERE. Let me say that again. These diapers left chemical residue on my son's skin.

Don't waste your money. These diapers are not worth the pennies you save by buying them over Pampers or Huggies in the long run.
