The Magellan Maestro 3200 is a very handy entry level GPS unit. I was looking for something inexpensive to allow me to find my way around the city or through other nearby states when we travel during the summer. A friend recommended that I get a ...
Pros: Bluetooth, Map, Phone Speaker Cons: If only it could drive the vehicle!
I previously bought a Magellan Road Mate 2000 for one Hundred and Fifty Dollars at Wal-Mart in June of 2007, and loved it until the LCD screen broke, so I called Magellan and they sent me a replacement unit. I bought the one being replaced in the ...
Pros: Slim, quick, cheap, great reception Cons: Limited POIs
This Magellan Maestro 3200 model offers easy to use on a budget GPS navigation for those who like to know where they are going. There are not any special features found on the Magellan Maestro that you won’t find on any of the other competitor’s models. ...

Very poor technical support by dsrodrigues ,Feb 29 '08
Pros: Good item, good colors, good viewing screen Cons: Produact support and customer service
I lost the car charger within two weeks. I have now spent months trying to find a replacement. Finally the company sends a replacement and it is the wrong item. Tiger gps sent a replacement, again the wrong item. In order to speak to someone in customer service at Magellan the wait time is over 20 minutes. The person who answers speaks accented English and then sends you to another 20 minute wait to speak yet another person in that same country. The item is not available on line at the company website because the company says that the GPS is "too new". The store from which I purchased the item does not have access to the charger.
I like the GPS but think that Magellan has not planned for appropriate support of their product.
