I use other Matrix Amplify products and finally decided to try their hair spray. I'm wasn't sure what the "Amplify" benefit of a hair spray could be, but since I have been happy with the other products I thought it was worth a try.

Well, the good news is that it holds my hair very well. The bad news is that it makes my hair stiff and doesn't seem to add any body. The bottom line is that I wouldn't say that it's better than any other average hair spray.

Pros: This is not your mothers hair spray.
Cons: Holds so well its not easily washed out.

This is not your mothers hair spray. Matrix Airtrix has a contemporary scent that will earn you more compliments than any other hair spray. It has a blossomy smell that is hard to top. It also has a hint of NYC salon or swanky night club odor to it, it smells elegant but at the same time it reminds you of your best friend, it smells like being twenty-three.
The hold that Airtrix offers has yet to be matched in my eyes. I am a jazz dancer and it holds my hair in ringlets for six hours of intense dance work out. It also gives your hair a shine that isn’t typical of most sprits hair sprays. It also doesn’t leave that stiff chunky feeling like most sprits hair sprays, it goes on evenly and is still smooth, soft and holds.
If you want a smell that you don’t have to cover up and a hold that you can’t beat I suggest using Matrix Airtix, test it for your self.
