    Pros: Basic is free, the program is decent for ripping and playing music
    Cons: Bad tech support (non-existent). On-line is your only option if it will work

    Summary: Yes the basic program is free. I have used the PLUS versions for years. The radio will not work correctly with my SAT internet connection. I have tried for months to get help from there on-line tech support, I have yet to get a reply. You can call
