Pros: updated rosters, online capability, new gang tackles(fun), improved graphics and AI Cons: just too much expansion and not enough football
Intro:
Once again, my dislike for the sports series has dragged me into another purchase of the 2003 Madden, Madden NFL 2003. I went into Funcoland with the intent of just to look at the upcoming games, and maybe put a...
Pros: The Madden Bus! Cons: It's the Big Giant Head!
Alright, alright, I know I’m almost two editions late. But come on, we’ve both been starved for one of my fun video game rants for months. So sit down, shut up, read, and enjoy. The difference between EA Sports’ Madden NFL 2003 and Sega Sports’ NFL ...
Pros: a complete football game, more features than the Sunday newspaper Cons: graphics not top notch, not fan friendly, still behind FPS Football Pro in franchise quality
Fanboy THIS!
I know I'm falling into a trap here. I have played NFL 2K3 and Madden NFL 2003 for two weeks respectively. I found that Madden was just the better game for the type of gamer I am. Does that make me a fanboy? What if I make...
Pros: Enough Gameplay To Last 10 Years, And Great Football Action, Too Cons: Maybe TOO MANY Options?
With each new football season not only comes long-running rivalries, keg parties, and office pools. Every year also brings the latest incarnation of the wildly popular Madden NFL series. For years and years now, the bumbling, mush-mouthed football...
Pros: Incredible depth, Mini-camp, Create-A-Play, Online, New commentary. Cons: Games still take forever, New commentary is boring and repetitive.
Madden NFL 2003 isn't just the 2002 version with Online play added. I wish people knew what they were talking about when they say that. This game is the deepest, most realistic and by far the best Madden ever to grace a console.
Pros: Features, features and more features, Mini-Camp, Al Michaels, Soundtrack, ONLINE PLAY!!! Cons: No TV Presentation License(i.e. ESPN, FOX...), Mini-Camp not integrated in Franchise mode(yet).
For the last decade or so, we've seen many a sports games come and go.Some good, some bad. The one company that has stood the test of time has been EA Sports. The biggest reason? Attention to detail. The Madden NFL series is one of the most popular game...
Pros: Online play, Mini camps. Deep as usual. Cons: It IS Madden 2002 with online play.
I have been playing Madden video games since way back in the Genesis days (93 was the best!) and ever so often EA does what they did this year... put a new label on unsold games form the previous year and call it new.
Pros: Great Graphics, Tons of Game Modes, Create Your Own Player Cons: CPU Defense is Unfair, Commentary Gets Boring, Game-Play Lacks at Times
I have had Madden 2003 for about a week now and I'm starting to have mixed feelings about buying this game. When I first played it I was quite impressed with the graphics and everything else but after I went through the first 5 games of my franchise...
Pros: Beautiful graphics, Mini-Camp, Announcers, Franchise mode, anything else Cons: Well, it says required but, uh, nothing comes to mind.
Have you ever played a game that looks so stunning and real that you feel like a part of it. I'll admit it, I hadn't, until I played this game that is. The absolute visual beauty brings tears to my eyes (Figuratively speaking of course). The...
Pros: Game play, realism, expansive play books, Madden cometary (of course:) Cons: Slow frame rate at times, a few glitches here and there (see review)
I know I probably got the attention of all the NFL2K3 fans with my title! Hehe, sorry about that, I guess this ones still up for debate, both Madden 2K3 and NFL2K3 are great games (I have them both).
Pros: Better graphics than its predecessor, also comes with more instant replay camera angles. Cons: Injuries occur far too often and way too severe.
With so many different football games out there, sometimes it's hard to keep track. As a general rule, any game produced by EA Sports is a safe bet and the Madden series is no different. The latest game in the football series is Madden 2003 which has...
Pros: better commentary, improved graphics, mini camp mode Cons: too many infographics, music
I recently got Madden 2003 and PS2 for Xmas and sadly I have been stuck on the couch ever since. I've always enjoyed Madden games; I owned 2001 and 2002 for PS1. Now the upsetting thing about those 2 games was that 2001 was great, but 2002 simply was a...
Pros: Great improvement since Madden 2003, Lots of options, realistic Cons: Commentary is boring and repetitive, yet that is the case in all sports games
First of All, Madden 2003 is the best Sports Game I have ever played. There are a few cons to the game, but overall it is the most amazing sports game to come out. However that is just my opinion, but thats what I am here to do, give you my opinion so...
Pros: Great Graphics, Cool Franchise Mode, Good Gameplay, Very Realistic Cons: Limited Amount of Dialogue for Michaels and Madden
What is it the lonely 25 year old male without a job wants more than anything to do with his life. Well besides be a sportscenter anchor, he also wants total control over a sports franchise. In Madden 2003 for Playstation 2, he can do this all for the...
