Pros: fast, good food Cons: not the best sit-down place
Mae Phim has efficiency down to a science when it comes to take-out: get in, order, get out. Located almost under the I-90 overpass just off of First Avenue, Mae Phim has quickly made a name for itself among the legions of Thai-food-lovers working in the...
Pros: Great Thai at surprisingly low price Cons: Decoration is definitely low-frills.

Pros: Inexpensive and flavorful lunchtime Thai Cons: Nothing spectacular, long line at lunch

The best place for a quick lunch near P-Square by kitcate ,Oct 17 '05
Pros: Fast, friendly, tasty, and cheap Cons: A little crowded and small - better for takeout
Mae Phim is always friendly, fast, and delicious. I love going there for lunch, because with a half-hour lunch break, you want something that's as fast as possible. Not only is the food ready within minutes, it's always as good as any dish at most big, expensive Thai restaurants. I love that they can make almost all of the dishes vegetarian, and they don't skimp you on the tofu, either. At $6 for any lunch entree, they really can't be beat.
