I thought this was a great product until it stopped in the LOCK ON mode... it just froze up and will not work. I was making chocolate pudding (the instant kind) and it just froze. I followed the instructions on the side of the blender and unplugged it, but the unit would not unlock nor would it work again. I am not sure if I should just throw it away or keep trying to get it to work.

It mushed up the food rather than chopping it. I tried guacamole and salsa which it just made mushy. I mainly bought it for the juicer feature, which I agree with one of the other reviews, it was a joke. I returned for a refund. It didn't work for me anything like the informercial showed it did.
