Oatmeal is not negotiable?

Pros: Fitness Facility, Internet Service, Underground Parking, Blu restaurant food quality, Room Service delivery Cons: Customer Service, Room Service food quality and variety, Bill accuracy
Bill Marriott stated the obvious but the Management and many of the employees of this franchise-Hotel just don't agree. This is not a Marriott-owned property. Morning and Night Front Desk Service is poor, A/C in this NEW hotel does not work in many rooms (avoid the 10th and 11th floors). Room service on numerous occasions took my order but did not remember an hour later. Check your bill - it is not unusual that you will have 2 charges per day for parking; one for Self-parking and one for Valet parking as I had on several stays at this Hotel. Internet service is excellent. The Fitness Facility is one of the best I've seen for a Marriott Hotel.
