Mary Kay not right for everybody.... by lanalang60068 ,Jul 20 '05
Pros: none for me Cons: everything about the product, it just wasn't right for my skin type.
I have been suffering from very sensitive/break-out prone skin for years now. I tried this foundation because the sales lady was pushy and gave me a free sample to try.
I was promised I would have an even skin tone, and full coverage with my problem areas. I used this make up for a week, and was not impressed with the heavy cake-like feeling, or the way it perspired off me in the afternoon while I was at work. I felt cheated, and hid from my co-workers in my office. This was a horrible experience for me. I do not think it lived up to it's promises for one second.
Not everyone has perfect skin or a great complexion, there are some of us who have been plagued with breakouts and oil. If you have sensitive skin like mine I recommend you pass up all of the Mary Kay foundations. They are not right for our skin type too much of an oil base.
Beware the sales lady wants her commission and will say anything to get you to buy!! Be careful, don't let her talk you into it.
