Problematic License Activation

Pros: None. Unless Cyber Patrol is willing to refund me.
Cons: The faulty licensing process. It doesn't work.

Summary: Cyber Patrol requires a license activation from their website. I spent over an hour trying to get the program to accept the license for which I had paid--but was unsuccessful. I followed every instruction I could find on their technical support pages,
