Cons: Overpriced, old, not at all fun.

Summary: The Westin Hotel group usually puts up some pretty nice places, but the so-called "new" Westin Casuarina is not one of them. This is the former Maxim Hotel located about 2 blocks off the strip on Flamingo. They spent millions (more than they had ... read more

Pros: Comfortable, close to the strip, and quieter than strip hotels
Cons: Rooms were on the small side but nice, staff was friendly

Summary: There were six of us girls going to Vegas and we wanted to stay in two rooms. I picked the Westin and all of us were happy with the choice. Although we were booked though priceline and requests were not guaranteed, we did manage to get two ... read more
