Pros: Washes clothes well when working. Cons: Poorly built design for the price paid for it.

Pros: Takes less products Cons: Very expensive, vibration is terrible, even on concrete floors.Doesn't clean well.

Pros: WHEN it works the clothes are very clean...it does not work long !! Cons: seem to break very easily.

Pros: Cant think of a single one Cons: Always one thing after another with this machine.
Summary: I have owned a MFW9700SQ1 for over 2 years now. First was the shaft separated from the drum was in repair shop for over 6 weeks. No I am having drainage issues. I wouldn't give this machine to my worst
