    Cons: wash cycle too long, very cheap parts and materials, overall low quality

    Pros: quiet, cleans really well, holds a lot of dishes, including many tall items

    Cons: Loud, doesn't clean well at all, cycles are ridiculously long!

    Pros: Features work well if the control panel works.
    Cons: Cheap parts and not reliable!

    Cons: Cavitates and does not clean only steams! Replaced many parts. Maytag will not replace unit

    Summary: We have had nothing but problems with our Maytag model #MDB5601aww. The diswasher was making electrical sounds and problems with the motor. Also the dishwasher cavitates and the washer does not spray any water at times, just steams the dishes.
