    Pros: You will loose weight if you stick with it.
    Cons: Costly. Diet is very restrictive and time consuming.

    Pros: It appears to be a program that will work, though labor intensive.
    Cons: Don't order on a card, pay cash or risk bogus billing!

    Pros: great results, felt healthier,lost weight,and no additives in your life.
    Cons: It will cost more for food since you have to buy everything and make.

    Pros: Can not get anyone to respond or reply to the request of refund
    Cons: Customer service is no help- be aware.

    Summary: I ordered the program Micheal Thurmond. Back at the end of March/begining of April; it took almost 6 weeks to get the package here. I finally received all, tried to reach someone at customer service to ask questions, it took them 3 days to answer
