Pros: Perfect size for my hand, flawless movement, wonderful price, solid construction, durable so far. Cons: Doesn't draw attention, or have odd extras. Or maybe that's a pro?
Unfortunately, Epinions lists this mouse under Micro Innovations. Indeed, they did manufacture it. But if you ever wished to purchase one, you would never know that. IBM is big, bright, and blue all over it. I had no idea until I looked here,...

Pros: nice design
worked well at first Cons: mouse buttons faulty after only 3 months
very poor customer support
I bought a new MI optical 4 btn scroll mouse about 3 months ago. Other than the fact that the install CD was not packaged with the mouse as it was supposed to be, the mouse worked fine. After about 3 months the left button became very un-reliable - it...

Not quite perfection..
by scarlettvii ,Dec 07 '04
Pros: virtually perfection aside from the cons Cons: underweight, undersensitive scroll-wheel
It's a nice mouse, but it feels a bit clumsy. Because it's so lite-weight, the cord can easily interfere with it's movement - which in turns leads to a lack of precision. The scroll-wheel, at least on mine, needs to be loosened up a little, as it's a little too hard to scroll - it may just need some wearing though.
Besides that, you should be getting exactly what you're expecting based on it's picture and specs.
If the weight was increased, it came in black, the scroll-wheel was loosened a little, and it had two "internet navigation" buttons ("back" on the left, "forward" on the right). I'd deem it perfection.

Some Pros, Some Cons
by striker1211 ,Feb 13 '08
Pros: Simple, functional, doesn't draw attention, lasted four years. Cons: fails intermittently, finish wears off
This has been a good mouse as far as functionality and design. It has no glowing visible lights (when on a pad) or futuristic finger bevels, but it works... for a while. I've had this mouse since december of 2003 and haven't had any problems up until a year ago. Sometimes the middle click wouldn't work in video games and tabbed browsing, and now it's gotten so bad that when i start up my computer or being it out of standby it doesn't even work. The mouse doesn't move but i can use the buttons and the led lights up. I wish it would have just died on me but instead it showed phantom symptoms.

buggy

Pros: cheap Cons: cheap
Every third or fourth time I reboot my computer, the mouse won't work, and I have to unplug and replug it a few times. I thought maybe the problem was my computer, until I read SEVERAL reviews online -- apparently I'm not the only one having this problem. I will agree with the other reviewer that it lacks precision in movement. I have trouble drawing with this mouse. Overall, it's a decent general purpose mouse for the price, if you don't mind having to unplug and replug the damn thing a few times a week... for me, that involves crawling under my desk, practically! I think I'll be shopping soon for a new mouse...
