Great New Changes or Great New Confusion

Pros: Looks "cool". Not as difficult if you have never, ever used Microsoft Office products. Cons: Requires re-learning where commands are and how they are carried out.
I have used this version of MS Office for almost six months. What I have found is numerous changes including mixing the commands into groups different from all of the recent previous versions. Whereas a drop down might contain certain commands, the new corresponding "ribbon" does not contain those same commands. Rather you must look and look to find rethem, some in one area and some in another. I do not find it more intuitive. I do not find it easy to move from the older versions. This looks solely like change for the sake of change. Or change to entice you into buying the new versions of MS Office. (I guess Microsoft stock needs a boost.)
