    Pros: Zune Marketplace, high capacity, love the software, works great when it actually works
    Cons: dead after 9 months, MS seems disinterested in fixing 120gb player problems, bad customer service

    Pros: large screen,120 gb of storage, many accessories available, ability to listen to radio.
    Cons: Battery life not great. Zune does not have all the same features as iPod.
