    Pros: Good scanning and photo restoration
    Cons: non-intuitive software, no scans from 35mm

    Summary: I got this scanner to mainly backup some 35mm pictures to disc since I didn't feel like paying for commercial services. The scanning resolution was decent and there was a 20% discount on purchase so the scanner came out to $80. There were nicer models ... read more

    Cons: Product defective. Lousy Customer service. No toll-free support number.

    Summary: Received my brand new Microtek i320 scanner this morning. Unpacked and installed all the software, then connected the scanner without problems. The unit seems to be defective from the start. The scan software all seems to work OK, but the scans are ... read more
