Miele MasterChef H 4880 B Stainless Steel Dual Single Oven

Pros: It's a great oven that cooks perfectly, cleans up easily and looks beautiful!
Cons: It's EXPENSIVE!

I bought this oven for my dream kitchen remodel and it is installed in a wall cabinet below my Miele Speed Oven. While the speed oven has some drawbacks (read my review), this oven has none of those (except the hefty pricetag).

What I love about it:
The Miele oven cooks everything evenly and perfectly. I can bake 4 sheets of cookies and each one comes out perfectly without any rearranging of the sheets. My Thanksgiving turkey was roasted automatically by the masterchef; hit the button for poultry, turkey, # of pounds and insert the roast probe--that's it! There is a rotisserie included but I have not used it yet. The perfect clean feature is wonderful! I do not regret not getting the self cleaning oven because nothing sticks and I don't have to heat up the oven to clean it.

The controls are easy to use.

I don't dislike anything about this oven.
