Pros: Uses very little water, exceptionally clean white laundry, super quiet, saves on energy Cons: None
I am not going to describe every singe feature of this machine; those are available on the Miele.com website. But I have some tips to give. For anyone who is looking to spend $2000 or more on a washer should look no further than this Model. We were ...

Pros: Super capacity. Great washing. Well made. Heats own water. Cons: Leaves hair in the drum if you have pets.
This Miele washer is a step down from the W4840. It doesnt have the MasterCare cycles. I bought it because I didnt need all the cycles the W4840 had to offer. It washes well and it holds alot of laundry in one load. The Honeycomb drum is gentle to ...

Pros: uses far less detergent, energy efficient, tax credits, much cleaner clothes Cons: can not operate cycles individually..ie spin, rinse. Shakes on 2nd floor.

Pros: Build-in heater for temperature control, quiet
Cons: No simple spin cycle
I have the washer now for a little over three months - while it is well made and runs quiet, I miss better options on the spinning, speed and time and also an option to pump the water when choosing no spin. While the instructions say that on no spin, the water is drained, I do regularly find the clothes sitting in water. So far, I have not worked out if there is a way to do just a spin without running the whole program or if there is an easy option to drain the water. The spinning time cannot be chosen. Also at times the rinsing seems not sufficient and a lot of foam is left, especially when choosing silk or woolen cycles. I did not use too much detergent (using woolite for wool and silk). The higher temperature cycles do work well. The maximum and high spinning options give good results regarding almost dry clothes. When doing slow or medium spinning, the clothes is very wet and dripping.
