Mikasa Old Dublin Fluted Champagne

Pros: Equal in cut and quality to Waterford and other Irish crystal styles.
Cons: As with all fine crystal, care and hand washing recommended.

With all the grace and charm of a Waterford piece, Old Dublin complements any elegant table or informal patio meal with equal comfort. I originally had Waterford Araglin as wedding crystal, but found that this Mikasa style was an equal counterpart at a fraction of the price. Therefore, although my dining settings retain all of the grandeur of a formal event, the occasional bump into the table that might set things in motion (causing the unavoidable breakage) is a less traumatic experience!
