Pros: Distinctive taste, inexpensive, smooth Cons: "Distinctive" can mean "Idiosyncratic"
When I was 18 (back then in Kansas that was the legal age) this was my beer. I remember on my 18th birthday my brother and two friends went out to the Kaw River to help me celebrate. All had different drinks - Coors, Schlitz Malt Liquor, and Bud for...

Pros: Great value, goes great with a meal or snack (especially sharp cheddar) Cons: Everybody thinks you like cheap beer
Now, I'm not a drunk or anything, but I like to have a beer now and then. High Life is the only way to go for me.
Here it costs $8 a 12 pack of bottles and that is a really good price I think.
I have always liked the blonde beers... I never...

Pros: smooth Cons: not the least bit light
I tend to disagree. All this business about The High Life being the ale of choice for iron slag workers the world over is a little overdone. This beer in the early sixties was the stuff. Rather like micro brews, imports and other yuppie status symbols....

Pros: Tastes good, cheap, makes a great boilermaker with rye. Cons: Beer snobs will look down on you, some may not like the fuller taste.
I don't "do" beer. I drink it, but even the finest brews around don't get me excited like a bottle of good scotch or even a nice dry gin martini. I don't really comprehend the finer points of "beer snobbery," so I won't go in to them here, but as far ...

Pros: Sweet, not too fizzy Cons: No hop flavor
This is MY mother-in-law's beer, anyway--she loves it. This is the only beer she really likes to drink.
This is a very sweet beer, not much else going on. Miller claims that the hops in this beer are "isomerized", which...

Pros: Low Cost, Smooth Taste Cons: Not as much advertisment
Being a college student you look for the cheapest beer in price and the best tasting. There is far beyond a shadow of a doubt that Miller High Life is the answer. When the wallet is tight and you don't have much money to spend on laundry let alone...

Pros: cheap, weight Cons: the alluring cost encourages you to drink too much
In opposition to what some have written about this fine American crafted brew, I would like to suggest that not only is this the champagne of beers, but the Dom Perignon of beers.
One must ask, what are you looking for in a beer? Keep in mind...

Pros: WELL ESTABLISHED BREWERY Cons: AFTER EFFECTS ARE S....Y
Drinking Miller High Life Beer, is similar to swallowing metamucil. The after effects simply cannot be discounted when savoring the natural good taste of a cold beer. Although this problem may be a purely individual one, I know of several other...

Pros: cheap, can get it at most corner stores Cons: yech, watery, bitter, not enjoyable
I do not really want to write a bad review about such a popular beer. Heck, not every one can stomach fried okra or haggis. I guess a lot of your taste is bred into you. I was raised on the many different flavors and textures available through out...

Pros: Good taste, better than most "American Lagers" Cons: Its a mass produced "American Lager"
Lets face it, in this day of the microbrewery we beer drinkers are all pretty spoiled. Although I was not a drinker at the time, I can remember the day when if you wanted a beer your choices were Bud, Miller and Hams, or one of the regional breweries...

Pros: A solid budget brew. Cons: not the best of tastes, it's no Foster's
For your money, you can't get a better beer than this. Sure, it's no Foster's or fine microbrew, but that's not what you're expecting, is it? Defined as "The Champagne of Beers" by Miller, I am inclined to agree, but its not expensive...

Pros: Non-offensive brew Cons: bottles don't protect from damaging light
When I was little, my dad would take me on beer runs with him - his reasoning was, if he was pulled over, they would have to let him go because I was in the truck with him. Kind of a flawed reasoning, but oh well.
Miller High Life is probably...

Pros: tastes good, refreshing, and hits the spot Cons: only for adults!
As a hard working man I enjoy settling down in the evenings with a bottle of my favorite beer,"Miller High Life." I keep some on hand at all times, and like to share a cold one on the weekends with my friends. It is refreshingly smooth without...

Pros: Contains Alcohol Cons: Everything else
I am apparently going against conventional wisdom but this beer sucks. It is by far the Cold Duck of beer. I am not too familiar with American beers but I can assure you that this is bad. It is quite smooth, too smooth in my opinion. This beer is almost...

Pros: Cheap and Let's you too lead the High Life Cons: None, this beer is divine
On a recent lazy Saturday, TNT was showing my the quintessential Michael J. Fox movie, Back to the Future. It struck me that in this movie of movies the beer of choice in 1985 and 1955 for Marty, Biff and George was Miller High Life.
Then,...
