Minka F518-WH - Concept II Ceiling Fan

Pros: Looks great, excellent instructions, easy installation, ingenious blade-retention mechanism, reasonable price.
Cons: No manual controls; if remote dies, so does fan. But then, any remote fan would!

Pros: QUIET. Can change air direction, Wonderful air circulation on all settings.
Cons: Other than it using a halogen bulb, there are no cons.

Pros: Very attractive, easy to install, nice wall and hand held remote
Cons: Dim lights, not enough air movement

I recently purchased three F574-ORB ceiling fans for my 15'x37' outdoor covered patio. While the fans are very stylish and modern looking, I'm very disappointed with the build-in lights and air movement. Fan high speed is the equivalent of my indoor fans medium speed. Fan has a slight wobble that's noisy.
