Pros: No teflon.
Cons: Very messy, rice cooks better in a pot on the stove.

This cooker is terrible - it spews sticky stuff all over the counter and floor while cooking, the rice at the bottom is burned, and it doesn't cook brown rice completely no matter how much water you add. I even sent the unit back to factory and they said there was nothing wrong with it.
