If you like to bake you know the importance of accurate measuring and the need for a good set of measuring cups. This cup is not the answer. Scooping gets messy and is not easy to level off. The sugar crystals get wedged between the adjuster plate. No liquids can be used in this cup and it is not conducive to use with a Kitchen Aid mixer, because it is big and not easily tipped into the mixing bowl. I would not spend any money on this cup. I have since given it to my kids to use in their pretend kitchen sets.
