    Pros: Starts fast,humorous at times,great characters as always
    Cons: Loses it's way in second half

    Pros: Another 87th precinct novel.
    Cons: If there are any loose Carella will put them back in jail.

    Summary: Sal, or Ed I should say, has conjured another entertaining book for us to enjoy. While it won't thrill your pants off it should pass the time better than "TRL" or "Dateline NBC." I read for enjoyment and Ed McBain provides a fix better than most anyone ... read more
