Pros: very good noise cancellation, very small
Cons: because it's small you can easier loose it

A headset needs noise cancellation, and this one has it. No matter where you are, in the car or in noisy work environment, you can hear the other end very well, and the other end hears you without even noticing your noisy environment. I like it because it is so small and you can put it into your pocket with the transport and charging case. Have no experience with a different noise cancellation headset, but I don't know what could be better.
