Cons: Extremely muffled. Hard to press the right buttons. Retains smudges.

This phone has good reception, the battery last a long time, but often is so muffled that it is impossible to understand what the other person is saying. I returned my first one because I could not understand voice mail - Too muffled. Got the 2nd and it was the same. Went on the net and modified the phone and it helped a lot, but it is still more difficult to understand what a caller is saying than it was with my old cheapo phone. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.
