Pros: Battery life, ease of use once you're accustomed to it, style/looks, etc.
Cons: Sluggish menus, steep learning curve, some buttons difficult to push, overpriced, phone drops calls sometimes.

I feel like I'm in a fairly unique and unbiased position to review this phone for one main reason - I didn't pay for it.  I won it.  This way, I'm not obliged to say it's good in order to help justify the steep cost of the phone itself ($250) ...

Cons: Speaker phone not to great, plastic pieces come off, and camera is horrible at night.

This phone and I have an amazing relationship. I was actually going to buy the T-mobile Shadow and lost interest. The buttons disappear, and reappear great for people who just want a mp3 player or something of that nature, provides song id (must have internet access), and the camera quality is so amazing but it must be in the day or else your left with a pitch black pic. Records phone conversations, you can assign songs to ring tones, and phone conversation too. This phone can transform itself in to a full mp3 player or both phone and music player.
