You get what you pay for...

Pros: Cheap, reasonably durable
Cons: no vibrate mode...kinda clunky
I purchased this phone for twenty dollars to use as a second line off of my existing service plan with AT&T. They had a plan where (for an additional ten dollars a month) you could get a second number off of the same pool of minutes.

Difficult to set up and use

Pros: Basic phone with clear reception.
Cons: Hard to program as well as to use; not function and user friendly.
I received this free phone as part of a Verizon and Radio Shack promotion and now I know why it was free...
