GREAT COFFEE GRINDER FOR FLAX TOO! by ipinion2 ,Feb 09 '05
Pros: see above Cons: if there are, they haven't turned up yet (had it a week)
I just purchased this, hope it keeps going strong. Maybe I will purchase another for coffee? I use mine for flax seeds and it works WONDERFUL, so QUIET -- my sister once had a Krups or Braun (?); it was so LOUD, we couldn't stand it.
Cleaning is not that bad. For the inside, you shouldn't get it wet, unless you wipe with a damp cloth.(Never immerse!) What I do is hold it over the sink, a little away from my face, close my eyes, and blow! It helps get out the last bits of residue. I will do a better wipe-cleaning once a month or so. But the dry or slightly damp paper towel-and-blow method seems to work fine.
Great Little Grinder Seven Years and Counting by todd6559 ,May 02 '06

This amazing little blade grinder has been crushing up our beans now for seven years and counting! They should have called it the Energizer ... it just keeps grinding, and grinding, and grinding ....
No bells and whistles, just plug it in, fill it with beans, put on the lid, push down on the button, count to ten, turn upside down filling lid with grounds, dump grounds from lid to coffee maker basket, replace lid, put back in cupboard 'til tomorrow morning.
If you need more from your grinder, don't look here, because that's all there is to it. But if you just need to make great coffee every morning, and need a reliable grinder at a great price, this is the one you are looking for.
