"Pour Tea For You Mommy?" - Fisher Price Musical Tea Set

by sloving Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 1000, Oct 17 '01
Pros: Great noises and cute colors.
Cons: Tray isn't big enough to hold all the pieces
On Katie’s last trip to visit her grandparents, she came home with everything “little girl” – a Corolle doll, a wicker doll carriage, and the Fisher Price Musical Tea Set. After I got over my jealously (my parents never treated me like this when...

The MOST Durable and Adorable Tea Set For Kids

by kimzstuffz , Oct 29 '01
Pros: The most durable tea set I have ever seen and we have been through many.
Cons: The tune it plays when you tip the pot sounds like Grandpas cell phone.
My daughter simply adores her Fisher-Price Musical Tea Set. I could not be happier with it either. We must have gone through at least 10 tea sets over the course of 4 years and none have survived. True we have a cup from one and maybe a spoon...

Tea for Two (or three, or four...)

by befus Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 1000, Jul 02 '05
Pros: Pretty pastel colors, lovely shaped spoons and cups; light and durable plastic; inexpensive
Cons: Tray size; possible annoyance factor with tea pot sounds
A few days ago, my three year old daughter and I had a tea party in her room. We spread a blanket on the floor, and like a pint-sized queen doling out royal favors, she began deciding whom to invite. Trumpkin, her old fuzzy brown bear and bedtime ...

I'm A Little Teapot ~Fisher Price® Musical Tea Set™~

by myepinionis , Jul 31 '02
Pros: Great colors, lots of accessories, very durable.
Cons: Tray is small, no volume control, batteries are hard to find.
I have to admit that I am very jealous of my daughter. Her grandma gave her this Fisher Price® Musical Tea Set™ and she loves it. I'm just glad she lets me play with her!

Fisher-Price Musical Tea Set - My daughter's favorite toy

by dramastef Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 500, Jan 11 '02
Pros: Sturdy plastic pieces, great colors, sparks imagination.
Cons: I Can’t remember all the words to “I’m a little Teapot” Ahhhhh
Isabelle, who is a very dramatic 2 and a half year old (I minored in Theatre… wonder where she gets it!) had been playing pretend “Tea” for a couple months with her dolls and invisible tea cups. Santa brought her the Fisher-Price Musical Tea Set...

Tip me over and pour me out!

by kitt , Oct 24 '01
Pros: Durable, pretty pastel colors, realistic looking
Cons: Only comes with 1 cover for the sugar and creamer to use.
I don't know who loves this tea set more, me or my 3 yr old daughter. It is so cute with it's pretty pastel colors. It's also durable enough that when she leaves it in arms reach of my 8 month old son a crisis doesn't break out when he flings it to the...

Have a nice cup of tea?

by KaraPhillips , Mar 29 '03
Pros: Colorful, Durable
Cons: Small tray
I have never had as many tea parties in my life as I have since my 3-year-old daughter received Musical Tea Set as a gift.

There are 4 shape and color-coded saucers, cups and spoons. Cups and saucers sport matching colors and shapes-such as...

Not the best choice for pretend play--music is unnecessary

by hshlittlebaby , Feb 06 '03
Pros: Sturdy
Cons: Loud, unrealistic
My daughter got this set for Christmas, and we have already put it away in the basement, at her request. We will give it away or sell it, I think.

The teapot plays loud music when it is tipped over, and also when the lid is placed on the pot....

Teatime just right!

by saris123 , Mar 24 '07
Pros: Size, color, detailed touches, store-away try.
Cons: Teapot theme music will sound at every pouring (there is no on and off switch)!
When I was little girl, I could never understand why teatime had to be so miniature. The tea sets back in my day were teeny tiny replicas of the actual thing. I know the sizing was suppose to be made for small fingers and hands, but teacups the size of ...

Tea for Toddlers

by two_elmos , Mar 26 '07
Pros: Good size for toddlers; durable, pretty
Cons: Annoying sound; doesn't all fit well on tray
What a great teaset for the toddle group! Most of the tea sets out in the toy stores are small; tiny; or tinest! They also come in breakable materials -- meant for older children or to sit upon a shlf with a "look but don't touch" factor. Not so ...

I'm a holey tea cup see me dribble

by paudash , Dec 26 '08
Pros: Nice large cups
Cons: two holes in each cup
annoying high pitch that can be heard through the house
My daughter recieved this from her grandmother.  How appropriate, she was just playing with a set my niece has, one that makes no noise.  Before she even opened the gift, it was making this awful high pitch noise (is that really necessary), the ...

A Wonderful Tea Set!
by robandmel ,Jan 06 '04
Pros: Durable and Fun!
Cons: Sounds the teapot makes can grind on your nerves.
This is one of my daughter's favorite toys. She got it for her second birthday and has played with it almost everyday since. Worth your money!
