iBuyPower CRZ-90 RTL PC Notebook

Pros: I have no pros to write. I never had a chance to use the laptop.
Cons: iBuyPower laptop didn't work the 2nd day after purchase; doesn't work after it was 'repaired'.

I recently purchased a laptop from iBuyPower. The following is a summary of my experience:

1) The laptop stopped working the day after I received it. (The computer would not start up).
2) Customer support was very difficult to reach with long wait times. And, I had to make multiple phone calls.
3) When I finally got in touch with Customer Support they said I had to talk to Technical Support. Technical Support was difficult to reach with long wait times.
4) Technical Support referred me back to Customer Service with, again, long wait times. They said to ship the laptop back to them for repair.
5) I asked for a new replacement. iBuyPower said they would only repair the laptop.
6) Despite the fact the laptop did not work the day after I received it, I had to pay for shipping.
7) 'Repair' of the loptop took an extended period of time. I received the laptop back from iBuyPower yesterday. The laptop is dead; the laptop does not start.
