Pros: Easy to use, well documented

Pros: Lightweight, durable, nice size, good volume.
Cons: Keys stick, light does not stay lit when talking on phone.
My husband bought this phone for me when I go away from home, in case my car would break down. It is a nice phone. Lightweight and easy to handle. Volume can be turned up to a decent level. I have accidentally dropped the phone and it did not hurt...
