what's all the fuss about
by resume11 ,May 22 '06
Pros: inexpensive, easy to do. Cons: can't think of any.
of course it isn't completely painless! waxing is the process of pulling hair off of your skin. but, compared to hot wax it is much more comfortable. the reason i brought the product is because it's more affordable. an upper lip wax costs between 5-7 $, and depending on frequency, that can get really expensive over time. you have to hold down your skin, and just pull quickly. was very simple for me. i love it so far.

NADS is Horrible BEWARE of PAIN
by shell22j ,Jun 26 '05
Pros: No heating required and non offensive smell. Cons: Sticky, messy, Painful, Hair still there after use.
Supposedly Nads is supposed to be the painfree way to remove unwanted hair. My experience was horrible with this products. It was Sticky, messy and barely even took any hair off. The hair had to be really really long for it to pull it out, if it was just short leg stubble it wouldnt pull it out. My sister used it on her thighs and ended up with red raised skin that was almost bruised and was in sooo much pain. THis has to be the worst hair remover product out there.

could Nads be at least 50% effective?
by moibt ,Jan 21 '07
Pros: smells and looks pleasing Cons: Completely Ineffective. Did not remove any hair!!!!!!!
Sadly NO!! This stuff is really sticky sticks to everything but hair. If it removed 50% of the hair I put the product on I would not be writing this. I read the instructions 7 times to make sure I got it right.
Wash with non moisturizing Chamomile soap, Apply nads at room temperature, Apply provided cotton strips, smooth over 2-3 times, Hold skin tight and remove strips rinse quickly. Thats it.
The Nads gel really stuck to my skin, especially my fingers. I did not get a skin reaction, at least not yet. I kept my proof of purchase. I will return this product.

Nads Works For Me
by psquit ,Dec 10 '04
Pros: Not painful with good results Cons: Takes some patience to learn the technique
I have been using Nads for about 2 years now and I'm very satisfied with this product. Indeed, I'm surprised at the bad comments I have seen today online. It is not as painful as hot waxing, and not as toxic as depilatories. You just have to get the hang of the technique.

WHAT?! i guess its the new formula that is better
by scholargypsy ,Dec 15 '06
Pros: water soluble, convenient, wonderful on sensitive skin (just apply a little lotion after). Cons: duh, its painful bc wax is painful! few strips. bought an extra package-- they're cheap.
i was skeptical about this product after reading many negative review on this site and remembering that it wasn't so effective years ago. However, i was impatient and tired of the ineffective hot waxes. so i bought a jar today and... have you ppl ever used wax before?
i LOVED it! compared to the hot waxes i was using, this is more convenient and water soluble, too!! it was in new packaging with more extensive instructions-- maybe this explains the difference in results? just follow the directions: use on a super clean area that is not oily, apply a very thin layer (i did it slowly so wax could heat up on skin and cleaned any excess wax off around the area with a warm cloth), applied cloth in the direction of hair growth, pressed on it and smoothed it out. finally, i pulled quickly in the opposite direction. perfect! AND I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN!
try it! i love it.

Got nads? You'll need them to use this product.
by halo13 ,Oct 20 '05
Pros: I used it as glue when I couldn't find the Elmer's. Cons: Sticky. Messy. Expensive. Painful. Not enough cloth strips. Doesn't remove hair.
Don't buy this product unless you answer yes to one of the following:
A) You enjoy inflicting pain upon yourself.
B) You WANT to look like you have some weird skin disorder with patches of hair growing here and there.
C) You'd like to have eyebrows like Whoopi Goldberg or Dylan on Beverly Hills 90210.
I attempted to use this product a couple of times, thinking I needed practice. Messy? Yes. Really sticky? Yes. Does it remove hair? Not really. Waste of money? Heck yes.

Good for an at-home solution
by hefeliciano ,Nov 09 '07
Pros: Price. Good for an at-home treatment Cons: It is not perfect...but who is?
Ok, so I didn't know there was an infomercial about till I started reading the reviews here. I normally have them done at a salon but due to an emergency bought it at Walmart. It worked ok. It was perfect like when I pay $100 for my legs but for $25, not bad. The turn around was not 6 weeks but about 3 1/2. It pulled about 95% of hairs. I used the tweezer for a hair here and there, but they also do that at the salon. I then tried the sangria punch, and it also worked the same.
Painless??? Nothing that is pulling your hairs is going to be painless. Only dumb people believe that!
Perfect??? No, but close
Will I buy it again? If I can't make it to the salon...yes
Then again, everybody's hair and body is different. Give it a try. Good luck.
