Pros: Not one Cons: Everything
Lately my lips have been a bit drier then usual. I have wonderful products that work well, but when I saw a lip treatment by Neutrogena that promises fullness as well as moisture, I had to see what that was about. And that was one big bad move on my ...
Pros: Super soft, smooth, moisturized and fuller lips—after just one use! Cons: Slightly more expensive than Chapstick, Vaseline, or Blistex formulas—but worth every penny!
"Kiss Me, BuckteethMy Tonsils Itch!"
At an attempt of adding humor, I couldnt help but offer an alternate heading . . . something I used to hear around school in my elementary days. To this day, whenever I hear the words "Kiss me,"...
Pros: Feels great going on... Cons: I want the feeling to last longer...wahhhhhh!
I hate the winter time. Yes, I know that we're officially still in fall however, my lips think that it's really winter. How do I know this? Because six weeks ago, they started going through their routine of dry, cracked, ...
Pros: softens and soothes lips; odor free Cons: expensive compared to other lip moisturizers; no noticeable difference in lip fullness
I am doomed! Why you ask? Because I spend hours upon hours at the grocery store reading every label of just about every product that catches my eye. I am a slave to advertising! Today was no exception. I was walking down the cosmetics aisle in my local...
Pros: It does deliver 2/3 of what it promises. Cons: Don't expect "full" lips.
I buy a lot of products at my local CVS drugstore. Consequently, I earn some nice coupons. I stopped in last night to get some cash as I was on my way to a single’s function. I remembered that I had a coupon worth $6.50 and another coupon worth $2.00 ...
Pros: doesn't feel heavy or icky, really softens lips, nice packaging Cons: expensive for a lip balm, doesn't *boost* lips
I have been on Accutane treatment since May. My skin looks amazing, but my lips have seen better days. The treatment has caused my lips to be very dry and sometimes flaky. I have used Chapstick, Aquaphor, Blistex, Vaseline, blah, blah. Nothing really ...
Pros: Softens lips, helps with chapness, moisturizes, easy to use, no smell. Cons: Expensive compared to other drugstore brands, if not ones higher end ones.
My lips have always been chapped for reasons not completely known to me, my iron-deficiency might be making them chapped. I've used so many different lip balms, expensive and not-so-expensive ones. I decided to try this one out after my tube of Kiehl's...
Pros: Easy to apply, keeps lips soft Cons: Tends to separate in the tube; a bit pricey
I am particularly prone to chapped lips, so I love trying new products that are intended to soften my lips. I'm not a huge fan of waxy lip protectors because they seem to just sit on the lips and can be wiped (OK, chewed) off quite easily. I had been look ...
Pros: honestly, none that i can find Cons: leaves lips white, not that moisturizing
I am a pretty big fan of most Neutrogena products, but this one disappointed me! I guess it's possible that I just got a bad tube of it, but mine was horrible!
I had seen ads for it and was excited to try it. I am a big lipstick and lipgloss...
Pros: Moisturizes the entire lip, not just the top surface. Helps define the shape of lips. Cons: A bit pricier than other chapsticks/balms, but for a good reason!
If you're like me, you've often found that most chapsticks and lip balms just sit on TOP of your lips, rather than actually healing the dryness you feel underneath. I've tried most everything, and nothing really satisfied my expectations. One day, I ...
Pros: Smooth, non-greasy feeling, works without drying lips even more. Cons: Hard to squeeze from the tube at first.
After returning from a trip to the Midwest my lips were dry, chapped and painful. I usually avoid using chapsticks because I dont like the waxy feel, but I had gotten to a point where I had to do something! Having previously used Neutrogena lipstick and ...
Pros: Soft, supple lips. Nice smell/flavor. Cons: No plumping.
I have extremely dry lips in winter, and have tried several products. I ran across Neotrogena Lip Boost Intense Moisture Therapy in a CVS where i live, and thought i'd try it.
I have to say, unlike some of these other reviews, my tube was not watery, and seems to be fine. I'm assuming they bought a bad tube, expired.. maybe?
This product makes my lip very soft, although i dont notice the plumping affect that it's supposed to have. It has a light minty flavor, and the substance is an airy white cream.

Pros: Keeps lips moisturized; Neutrogena stands behind their products. Cons: Product that I initially purchased was COMPLETELY unacceptable.
This review is updated: I complained to Neutrogena via their web form. I received an initial email response within 24 hours acknowledging my comments. A few days later I received a second email stating that I would be receiving a replacement or a refund. Within two weeks of my initial contact with the company I was mailed a replacement tube of Lip Boost. I am now satisfied with the product. It is not separated like what I bought at the store (which needs to be mixed daily since it keeps separating). I am not sure if there is inconsistency in batches or perhaps manufacturing changes, but their customer service policy seems to be on top of things.
My lips have been noticeably softer and peel less now when I use lip boost daily or several times a day. I would purchase it again.

"...I opened the tube and gently squeezed it to have a little product come out, expecting cream or gel consistency and instead liquid splashed out onto my pants! I closed it and shook it, hearing water "slosh" around a little bit inside - maybe it separated...think twice about purchasing Neutrogena products in the future."
