Pros: Overnight treatment; Spot treatment; No mess; Small packaging; Cons: Original product has been discontinued although still sold over the internet;
Neutrogena On-The-Spot Acne Patch was a must have. I never went without them. Then one day they were gone, off shelves everywhere and I only had a few left. No warning, Neutrogena pulled them for what seemed like forever. Now they are back. ...
I thought that when I left the wonderful years of puberty that would be the end of pimples. How wrong I was. I can't complain, I only get the occasional blemish, but when I do I want to zap it right away.
Pros: Doesn't dry out skin. Cons: Doesn't even stick to skin and produces no results.
I purchased Neutrogena's On-the-spot Acne Patches because my grocery store didn't carry the Pond's variety (Overnight Blemish Reducers - excellent product). I thought, "Hmm. Looks like it has essentially the same ingredients, and I don't want to go to...
Pros: Not drying, sticks well to non oily spots, gentle yet effective Cons: Not enough patches, has trouble sticking on oily spots
I have had problems with my skin since I was a teenager (I'm now 26). I've never had severe acne, but my skin is really oily and I break out easily. A year ago, I switched to a mild cleanser, which helped but I still had painful clusters of pimples ...
Pros: Effective, Overnight Spot Treatment That Works & Doesn't Move! Cons: Price & Availability
The inevitable big zit that pops up at the worst time and you want it gone fast...you know the feeling? Well, these are perfect for that. They WORK...and QUICKLY at that. Neutrogena On-The-Spot Acne Patches are small, clear circles that come on a ...
Well, I don't know why I even bought this product because I really would not walk around with a circular sticker on my cheek. That's if it even stuck on my cheek! When I open the box there were 3 individual packages inside with about 12 little circular...
Pros: May VERY SLIGHTLY diminish acne Cons: Expensive, rubs off, doesn't do anything!
I truly hate these, I recieved them as a free sample and am soooo thankful I didn't pay for them. I had a heck of a time trying to get them of the wrapper and onto my skin. I'm using them on my body just untill I run out of them DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!...
Pros: Works Overnight Cons: It DOES what it says it'll do!!!
I am not lying this stuff really works. I just used it the first night and it was gone the next morning. This is the best stuff ever created for acne. If you get one or two pimples here and there this is the stuff to use. First you need to wash your face...
Pros: Don't have the wash the acne cream off your pillow in the morning! Cons: You'll still have that pimple!
I don't get acne very often but when I do have a pimple here and there I want it gone and FAST!!!!!!!! I'm not a big fan of putting medicated creams on my face especially during bedtime because it'll end up on the sheets anyways. So I decided to try...
Pros: Doesn't dry out skin, blemish loses redness, works Cons: Too expensive, only works on one blemish, not good for long-term use
I think that this is a fairly good product. If you have a mild case of acne and have tried everything else, this product is a decent alternative. It is specifically designed to concentrate on one blemish, so it provides more overnight relief to that one particular blemish. However, like everything else, it is not a miracle cure and will not work every time. If you have just a few trouble spots on your face, this will do wonders. If this product fails, then you should probably try something more concentrated, such as benzoyl peroxide to clear up your skin.
Pros: Good for a few pimples, doesn't dry out the skin, works pretty well Cons: expensive, only good for few blemishes here and there
This product worked pretty well for me. It works well for single pimples; so if you have a lot of acne, this product might not be the best answer. I have been using the on-the-spot patches for a few days, every night, and in the morning the pimples are almost completely gone. My only complaint is that they are sort of expensive and there aren't a lot of the patches in the box.
Overall, a good product if you need to focus on only a few pimples.
Worked too good. Die Nuetrogena!! by oak415 ,May 01 '07
Pros: No messy cream or nasty smell. Put them on at night and magically disappears. Cons: Discontinued - probably because it worked so well & took out Nuetrogena's other products.
Great Product by anti acne skin care giant Nuetrogena. To this day I regret not buying more of these in bulk when they were still $6. You can still scantly find them on ebay here and there with Expired dates on the package. Items still work well regardless. Prices are now inflated during this black market.
I really like these and find that they do make pimples heal more quickly. Pimples become less painful overnight. Also, since the pimple is covered you won't be tempted to constantly touch your skin.
