Cons: the only con i can think of is the high price for their phones

well i had nextel since i was 18 and well i live in southern NH and i get service anywhere except wal-marts but thats ok. and one person said they travel a lot and had no service well thats a lie cuz i went to a town in main called Norway its a small town and i had great service. and they also said that they ordered it online and they said it would come overnight abut it didn't well in their case maybe it didnt but in mine it did and i just think it could depend on where you live, if its a holiday, or severe weather.I have the free incoming plan with free nights and weekends and i paid a little more to have my nights start at 6pm and i have the i850 model phone. so it could also be just the type of phone you choose.oh yea dont forget to have insurance on your phone i have and droped my phone and it broke and a local Nextel repair center gave me a brand new phone at no out of pocket ost to me
