Pros: free incoming minutes, decent reception, not much else to speak about Cons: THE MOST INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, they just shift you from one rep to the next

No problems here

Pros: Clear reception and no dropped calls Cons: none
I've been a Nextel customer for 2yrs now. Until a few months ago, I lived in Boston. Being in the city, I had no problems at all with reception, dropped calls or anything like that.
A few months ago, I moved to Colorado Springs. This being a somewhat more rural area, I did have concerns over what kind of service I'd have here. My fears were unfounded. Reception is not an issue, no dropped calls, and I've yet to run into a situation where I could not get a signal unless I am near a bank. I've had no problems whatsoever with my service and remain a satisfied customer.
