Problems with Nextel Insured phones.

Cons: servie reps that from other countries that havent a clue
I had bought the insurance for my phone so when I dropped it I called for a replacement. They sent me a self addressed stamped envelope which states to put it in the nearest mailbox. Nextel dont tell you that by the time you pay for your insurance on a ...
