Pros: No Batteries Required.
Virtually Indestructable.
Lasts Forever
Cons: Expensive.
Not very bright.
Summary: A flashlight that converts the shaking of the magnet in a wire coil to electricity and therefore does not need batteries. It uses components that are designed to last at least 10 years. (but most likely forever) Being a Physics major I just could not ... read more

Pros: NO BATTERIES, Waterproof (400 feet), Resistant to Chemicals, Light weight, Tough
Cons: Produces a magnetic field (keep away sensitive electronics), MagLights are brighter

Pros: Reliable, Dependable, Sturdy, Secure, Durable, Cool...always there when you need it!
Cons: A bit pricy, but cheaper than a lifetime of batteries and bulbs!

Pros: Well-constructed, no batteries or light bulbs, watertight.
Cons: Dim, too much shaking needed, very large.
Summary: Simply put, I was excited by the sales pitch, surprised with the large size (my fault), disappointed by the dim beam, and currently skeptical about whether it was worth the money. As a pilot I originally bought this to carry with me as a safety item
